diablo 3 Release Date?

Recently, I was at EB Games and noticed a Diablo 3 poster on the wall, with a date stating Spring 2012. I confirmed with the store clerk and sure enough he told me Feb. 28th 2012. Although I do find it odd that Blizzard themselves have not released this date. I was able to reserve a copy for $5 which was cool, unfortunately I highly doubt this date will hold :(.
